Lovingly packaged into one of our home made beeswax wraps, all materials can be either reused, re-purposed or recycled.

How to use:

  • Use after shampooing
  • For fine hair lather in your hands first
  • For frizzy dry hair apply direct
  • Massage into hair
  • Rinse off thoroughly with warm water

Discontinue use if irritation occurs.

Note: the beeswax wrap product contains ROSIN or COLOPHONY.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING POLICY

Shipment processing time

We are a rural location so all of the Australia Post estimated delivery times are based on “Country to destination”. All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone if you have supplied it on your order.

* We will use Australia Post Regular letter shipping if your order fits (for eg single t-shirts). Please note, it does NOT have tracking. Therefore we will add a note in your order with the estimated date. If your order doesn’t fit letter, we will use Australia Post Parcel Post which includes tracking and we will enter your tracking url and tracking number in your order for you to monitor.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

Shipping to post office (PO) boxes

The Margaret River Trading Co ships to addresses within Australia, and PO Boxes. But please note PO Boxes can result in additional delivery time.

Shipment confirmation & order tracking

You will receive a Shipping Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, duties and taxes

The Margaret River Trading Co is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order, if applicable. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

The Margaret River Trading Co is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipping carrier (Australia Post) to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim and see Australia Post’s claims information.

International shipping policy

We currently do not ship outside Australia.

 

Refund Policy

Refund Policy (point 8 of our Terms & Conditions)

8.1  Since The Margaret River Trading Co is only a facilitator in introducing the Receiver to the Provider and providing a system to make safe payment, The Margaret River Trading Co does not hold any liability to the Receiver directly and will not personally refund them any payments made in the use of Services.

8.2  Notwithstanding the above clause, if a Receiver is unsatisfied with the services provided by the Provider or believes that they may be entitled to a refund, then The Margaret River Trading Co requires the Receiver to:

       a.  contact the Provider directly to request a refund; and

       b.  if contacting the Provider is not successful after fourteen (14) days, contact The Margaret River Trading Co through the ‘Contact Us’ section of the Website outlining why you believe you are entitled to a refund so we are able to determine if the Provider should be removed from the Services.

8.3  If contacted by a Receiver who is requesting a refund pursuant to the above clause, the Provider agrees that it will immediately:

       a.  complete the The Margaret River Trading Co refund request form (the ‘Request Form’) provided on the Website; and

       b.  provide both the Request Form and the email from the Receiver requesting the refund to The Margaret River Trading Co.

8.4  If the Provider agrees to a refund it is acknowledged that the Provider will instruct The Margaret River Trading Co to refund all or part of the payments made to the Receiver directly, less any fees and charges incurred by The Margaret River Trading Co in processing the refund.

8.5  Both the Receiver and Provider agree that they will comply with the Refund Policy contained in this Clause of these Terms.
